Practice Dice Game

Bank craps is a game played by one or more players against a casino. All players' bets are covered and the odds on the payout are set by the casino. Players roll two dice in turn. The "shooter" is the player rolling the dice. Bets on the shooter's dice rolls are made by other players. Rounds are played in the game. The "come-out roll" is the first roll of a new round. To begin, the table minimum on either the "Pass" line or the "Don't Pass" line must be betted by a player who wants to be a shooter. The stickman then presents the shooter with 5 dice. He picks two of them. If the Point numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 are rolled, the come-out roll is over. The shooter continues until he rolls either the point or a seven. If the shooter is successful in rolling the point, the result is a win for the pass line. If a seven is rolled the pass line loses. Then the next player (clockwise) becomes the shooter. Players can make a large number of bets for each round or each roll. Four employees play in a casino craps. The chips are guarded, the dealers are supervised and the coloring out players is handled by a boxman. Two base dealers stand to either side of the boxman and collect and pay bets. Across the table from the boxman a stickman stands. The bets are taken, the results of each roll are announced, the dice are collected and the dealers are directed to pay winners by him. Each employee makes sure the other is paying out winners correctly. The shooter is usually insisted to roll with one hand and that the dice bounce off the far wall of the table by the dealers. This helps to keep the game fair.
Informal craps playing is called street or private craps. In street craps there is no bank to cover bets. Players bet against each other, cover or fade each other's bets. If money is used instead of chips street craps is an illegal form of gambling. There are variations of street craps. Street craps has more simplified betting options unlike more complex proposition bets offered by casinos. If the shooter wants to roll the dice he is required to make either a Pass or a Don't Pass bet. Another player must choose to cover the shooter to create a stake for the game to continue. The person covering the shooter will always bet against the shooter. Once the shooter is covered, other players may make Pass or Don't Pass bets, or any other proposition bets, as long as there is another player willing to cover.

It is not wise to play the game, especially with big bets, if you are inexperienced in the game. You should perfectly understand the game before wagering money. There are plenty of opportunities to practice online without involving any money. The more experienced you are the better player you are. It is not a secret that there are bets, which are called smart bets. It is not difficult to define such bets. Choosing the correct bets is very important. There are few bets, which have a low house edge. These are smart strategies. Every player must have his own money management strategy. In fact, this is the winning strategy for you, as it will prevent you from losing a lot. Every individual player should set a limit on how much he or she are aiming to win, and how much they are prepared or can afford to lose. If you play smart and behave according to the etiquette of the game this is your main strategy. This the golden rule of the game.
Martingale system
Craps can be beaten by no system. But players believe in it. The Martingale System is the best known. The player doubles his bet when he loses. When he wins he starts over at the initial amount. Saving an amount equal to the initial amount is the idea. But the player can be run out of money after doubling his bet several times. The huge amount dictated by the system won't be allowed to be betted by the casino. The Martingale system helps to keep a profit equal to the initial bet amount every time the player wins.
Free Odds Basic Strategy
Bets made on pass/don't pass & come/don't come are the free odds bets. The player can reduce the casino edge by taking full odds on their pass/don't pass & come/don't come bets.
The Iron Cross
The Iron Cross bet allows to win on every roll that is not a seven. The Iron Cross is a field bet and place bets on the 5, 6 and 8. The player won't get a mathematical advantage with this strategy.
Gambler's fallacy
Past dice rolls are believed to influence the probabilities of future dice rolls. Each roll of the dice is an independent event. 1/18 is the probability of rolling an eleven on every roll.
Parity hedge system
Many craps players "hedge their bets". They make multiple bets which minimise the risk of losing.
Dice setting or dice control
This system presupposes a special manner of throwing the dice. That the dice will be more likely to show certain numbers is the theory. To prevent this steps are taken by casinos. The dice must hit the back wall of the table. The controll of the spins is made more difficult.
