Dice Game Rules

It is not wise to play the game, especially with big bets, if you are inexperienced in the game. Make sure you know the rules and some peculiarities of the game before betting. There are plenty of opportunities to practice online without involving any money. The experience and skill of the player determines the outcome of the game. It is not a secret that there are bets, which are called smart bets. It is not difficult to define such bets. Make correct bets. In comparison with other bets there exist bets with the lower house edge. These are smart strategies. Money management and your bankroll will not let you run out of money. You have to decide how much you plan to win or how much you can afford to lose. The first rule is to play smart and to maintain discipline. Many people disregard this golden rule.

Martingale Roulette System
Craps can be beaten by no system. But players believe in it. The Martingale System is the best known. The player doubles his bet when he loses. He starts over at the initial amount when he wins. The idea is to save an amount equal to the initial amount after every eventual win. But after the bet is doubled several times the player can be out of money. The casino can also not allow to bet the huge amount dictated by the system. The Martingale system keeps a profit equal to the initial bet amount.

Free Odds Basic Strategy
Bets that you can make on pass/don't pass & come/don't come bets are the free odds bets. The casino edge can be reduced by taking full odds on their pass/don't pass & come/don't come bets.

The Iron Cross
The Iron Cross bet allows to win on every roll that is not a seven. A field bet and place bets on the 5, 6 and 8 make the Iron Cross. The player won't get a mathematical advantage with this strategy.

Gambler's fallacy
It is the belief that the probabilities of future dice rolls are influenced by the past dice rolls. In reality, each roll of the dice is an independent event. The probability of rolling an eleven is exactly 1/18 on every roll.

Parity hedge system
Many craps players "hedge their bets". They make multiple bets which minimise the risk of losing.

Dice setting or dice control
That the dice are thrown in a special manner is presupposed by this system. The theory is that the dice will be more likely to show certain numbers. Casinos take steps to prevent this. The dice are required to hit the back wall of the table. It makes the controll of the spins more difficult.

There are several bets in Craps.
The game of Craps has several line bets available.
Line bets can be placed on the area marked ‘Pass Line’ and ‘Don’t Pass line’ area. You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. You get paid 1:1 if you win with line bets. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. Odds bets are different in different casinos. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow making odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet.
