Craps Training

Your inexperience will make you no goog. Make sure you know the rules and some peculiarities of the game before betting. You can practice the game before playing for money. The more prepared you are, the better results you can expect. The game of craps has so called ‘smart’ bets, which are easy to define. Making correct bets increase your chances of winning greatly. There are few bets, which have a low house edge. Such bets are called smart strategies. Money management must be the first consideration of every gambler.Every player must have his own winning and losing limit. Every player has to decide beforehand how much he is aiming to win and afford to lose. Never exceed these limits. The first rule is to play smart and to maintain discipline. This the golden rule of the game.

Roulette System of Martingale
Such games as craps can't be beaten by the system. But there are players who believe in it. The Martingale System is one of the best known systems. The player doubles his bet when he loses. When he wins he starts over at the initial amount. An amount equal to the initial amount is saved after every eventual win. But after doubling the bet several times the player can be run out of money. He can also be unable to bet the huge amount dictated by the system because the casino wouldn't allow it. Every time the player wins the Martingale system helps to keep a profit equal to the initial bet amount.

Free Odds Basic Strategy
Bets that you can make on pass/don't pass & come/don't come bets are the free odds bets. The player can reduce the casino edge by taking full odds on their pass/don't pass & come/don't come bets.

The Iron Cross
The player is allowed to win on every roll that is not a seven with the Iron Cross. The Iron Cross is made by a field bet and place bets on the 5, 6 and 8. This strategy will not create a mathematical advantage for the player.

Gambler's fallacy
It is believed that past dice rolls influence the probabilities of future dice rolls. Each roll of the dice is an independent event. On every roll the probability of rolling an eleven is exactly 1/18.

Parity hedge system
Many craps players "hedge their bets" at the table. Making multiple bets minimises the risk of losing.

Dice setting or dice control
That the dice are thrown in a special manner is presupposed by this system. That the dice will be more likely to show certain numbers is the theory. Steps are taken to prevent this. The dice are required to hit the back wall of the table. It makes the controll of the spins more difficult.

There are several bets available.
The game of Craps has several line bets available.
If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. In the case of a win with line bets you are paid an amount equal to your bet and the bet amount itself. If you believe that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 or a point which will be rolled again before 7 you choose Pass Line bet. If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area.
Odds on a Line Bet.
If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is allowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. This bet is called an odds bet. In different casinos the odds bets are different. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow making odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. The area behind a pass line bet is for placing odds bets. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. Remember that you can make an odds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. All money and chips have to be taken off the table in the case of a win. You have to take your chips off the table and if you want them to work further put them back on the table behind your line bet. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If you have made a pass line bet and the total rolled is 2,3 or 12 you lose. You have to continue rolling if you roll a point. If you roll the same number without rolling 7 you win. If you seven out before rolling the point number again you lose. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds. The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. The player should always remember that he has a right to make a odds bet. If you make an odds bet you believe that the shooter will roll the second point number before rolling a 7. To place an odds bet you have to click on the area behind the pass line area. Be aware that you can make an odds bet only if the shooter rolls a point number. Point numbers 4 or 10 pay 1:2 in the case of a win. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5. The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. The Don't Come Bet The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. Click on the Don't Come button to place a Don't Come Bet. You can make odds bets on the don’t come bets. C & E Bet The C bet is exactly the same as a bet on any craps.
